Terms of Use
Last updated October 8, 2026
By using Sit AI (the app and sitai.app), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Sit AI.
The service
Sit AI helps you train your dog with a camera-based marker, progress tracking and guidance. It is a training aid. It is not veterinary or behavioral advice, and it does not replace a qualified professional.
Subscriptions
Some features need a paid subscription, bought through Apple. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. A free trial, if offered, converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your Apple ID settings. Apple's Media Services Terms also apply, and refunds are handled by Apple.
Using Sit AI safely
- Supervise your dog at all times and use treats that are safe for them.
- Stop if your dog shows signs of stress, pain or fear.
- Place your phone where it can't fall on or be knocked over by your dog.
- Detection can be wrong. You are responsible for your dog's training and welfare.
Your content
Clips and photos you make stay yours. If you share them with us (for example, by tagging us or emailing us), you allow us to use them only as you agreed when you shared them.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse Sit AI, reverse-engineer it, or use it to harm animals or people.
Disclaimers and liability
Sit AI is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we'll tell you in the app. Continuing to use Sit AI means you accept the updated terms.
